    With direct ground-floor access to the main parking area and outdoor tenant patio, the Second Floor is as convenient as it is custom.

   

     Large barreled ceilings are trimmed with rich hardwood crown mouldings. The area is further accented by five custom alcoves, faux finished elevator doors, and unique granite drinking fountain and countertops.

 

  

  

    The Second Floor also includes “Bayview Suites”, which are smaller, private offices- ranging from 200 to 400 square feet- for tenants who do not need larger space, but still benefit from the use of the Executive Conference Room, Exercise Room and other features (see Amenities) without charge.
