First Floor

    The major renovations of 2006 included new 18x18 porcelain tiles, barreled ceiling, a mirrored river ceiling, as well as full glass entry doors.

    Rich hardwood trim, glass block partition wall, faux finished elevator doors and walls, and custom granite countertops help to create a floor unlike any other in the building or in Traverse City.

   
    The Executive Conference Room, Fitness Room, Mail Room, Break Room, and Aroma’s Coffee shop are all located on the 1^st floor.
